Anthony holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Port Harcourt, Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999. He is also a Chartered Mediator and Conciliator (ChMC). He is currently a doctoral Researcher at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a trial Lawyer with Supreme Court cases to his credit.

Azubuike Ozah, LL. M.

OZAH is a Doctoral Researcher at the School of Law, University of Aberdeen where he is currently completing a PhD. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB. Hons), a BL from the Nigerian Law School, and LLM in Oil & Gas Law with Distinction from the Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. He had a brief stint as the Head of Legal Services in Halliburton Energy Services Nigeria Limited, overseeing that portfolio in Nigeria and West Africa.

He has taught and assessed students in several law courses including Delict & Unjustified Enrichment, Insurance Law, Civil Procedure, Company Law, Law of Contract, Business Law, and Commercial and Consumer Contracts, etc. He was the Editor-in-Chief of the Aberdeen Student Law Review (Vol. 10) and currently Consulting Editor for Vol. 11. Also, presently a Co-Editor and Copy Editor / Peer Reviewer of the Granite Journal. He is the author of:  A Comparison of Nigerian Petroleum Laws and Activities published by Oil, Gas & Energy Law (OGEL)/Transnational Dispute Management (TDM).   He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010 and is a member of the Energy Institute, UK.
